This machine is specifically designed to meet the demanding machining requirements for large, high precision gears in industries such as wind power, shipbuilding, and heavy machinery. It can process workpieces with a maximum diameter of 2000 mm and covers a module range of 2-30 mm.

Core Configuration Meets International Standards

The KN-GV2000 gear grinding machine adheres to global high-standard specifications for its core components to ensure long-term stability and machining precision.

Control System: Equipped with the Spanish Fagor 8055M CNC system, paired with imported servo motors, it features power failure protection, fault diagnosis, and an RS232 communication interface, supporting automated program control.

Precision Drive: The key axis systems utilize high precision linear scales and encoders from Fagor (Spain) and Heidenhain (Germany) for full closed-loop control. Combined with precision ball screws and linear guides from THK (Japan), this ensures micron-level positioning accuracy.

High Power Grinding: Equipped with a high power 35 kW AC variable-frequency spindle, it supports constant linear speed (CLS) grinding. Higher power spindles can be customized upon customer request to handle workpieces with extra-large module sizes.

Innovative Three Axis Simultaneous Dressing Technology

The machine employs diamond roller dressing, achieving normal dressing through CNC three-axis simultaneous control. This unique dressing method not only reduces the requirements for the diamond roller's contour shape, extends tool life, and significantly lowers operating costs for users, but also enables the dressing of straight lines, arcs, involutes, and their combined curves on a single roller, with dressing accuracy unaffected by roller wear.

Outstanding Machining Precision and In-Process Inspection

The machine comes standard with an automatic in-process measurement system, featuring automatic gear meshing, in-process inspection, and tooth profile error compensation. According to the technical specifications, the grinding precision of sample parts can reach Grade 5 as defined by the GB/T 10095.1-2008 standard; in actual inspection reports, the machine has demonstrated exceptional capability in achieving Grade 4 precision.

Intelligent Programming and User Experience

The machine utilizes computer-aided programming software developed in-house, supporting a human-machine interface and menu-driven input. Whether for involute, triangular, or rectangular tooth profiles, parametric programming is supported, and part processing parameters can be stored, greatly simplifying the operation process and reducing setup time.

The KN-GV2000 has obtained CE certification and fully complies with the safety access standards for the European market. For European customers, the company provides a complete set of compliance documentation.
