The machine tool has the ability to complete 5 processing steps at one time (i.e. milling plane, side, gear milling, chamfering, and trimming), with high processing efficiency and stable precision, and is particularly suitable for mass production; it can also be used for single-piece or small-batch processing in the machinery manufacturing industry. The machine tool consists of the main components such as the bed, column, and spindle box, and is equipped with a separate hydraulic system and chip removal and cooling system. An independent floor-standing electrical cabinet is placed on one side of the machine tool. This machine tool is a three-axis CNC machine tool, AC servo drive, and CNC control.
