The CNC worm wheel grinding machine for cylindrical gears is used for batch production of hard toothed cylindrical gears on shafts and discs. It can grind gears with tooth profile modifications such as drum shaped teeth and conical teeth, and also use a shaped diamond roller to grind gears with tooth form modifications.

This machine adopts the continuous generating grinding principle similar to hobbing, equipped with the Siemens 840DSL CNC system and nine CNC axes--including tool rest rotation (A), grinding wheel rotation (B), worktable rotation (C), cooling nozzle rotation (B2), dressing roller rotation (B3), radial feed (X), tangential feed (Y), axial feed (Z), and tailstock vertical movement (W)--to achieve 9-axis 5-linkage control. Its core advantages are as follows:

 

High Efficiency Grinding Technology: Adopting shifting grinding (a creep feed grinding technology), the maximum speed of the grinding wheel spindle reaches 7000rpm, and the dressing roller speed ranges from 3000 to 6000rpm, enabling high speed, efficient, and precision grinding with significantly improved production efficiency.

 

High Precision Guarantee: Integrating advanced technologies such as electric spindle direct drive, online dynamic balancing of the grinding wheel, and full closed loop control, it greatly enhances positioning accuracy, transmission accuracy, and grinding accuracy.

 

User Friendly Operation Interface: Deeply redeveloped based on the Siemens 840DSL system, the operator only needs to input workpiece, abrasive tool, and process parameters to start grinding. It also supports tooth lead modification of any shape, significantly reducing the skill requirements for operators.

 

Flexible Configuration and Automation: The basic model of Y7232/36CNC has 9 axes; the fully automatic model adds three more CNC axes on this basis. When equipped with a circulating magazine (loading system), it can realize unattended processing for at least 1 hour, effectively reducing workers' labor intensity.
