Meeting Customer Needs

When the customer requested a hobbing machine capable of handling such large-sized workpieces, to be honest, it was an entirely new challenge for our team. However, it was also an opportunity to establish a new benchmark in the heavy-duty machinery manufacturing sector. We quickly assembled a team of engineers and technical R&D personnel to explore solutions together.

 

Team Collaboration

The engineers studied the customer’s workpiece drawings and proposed machine models and processing solutions based on their past experience. During video conferences with the customer, we discussed details, sometimes lasting 3-4 hours, to find the best solution. Through close collaboration, we not only resolved complex design issues but also optimized the overall structure of the hobbing machine to ensure stability and precision under high load during batch production.

 

Six-Month Production Cycle

From purchasing components to production, assembly, debugging, and test cutting, this heavy-duty hobbing machine was finally completed. After the machine was fully assembled, we invited the customer to inspect it. They highly praised the performance of the equipment, recognizing our technical capabilities and laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.

 

Transportation and Installation Debugging

This heavy-duty, precision hobbing machine, weighing several tons, safely arrived in Russia. Considering the machine's large size and weight, we disassembled it into several wooden crates and implemented strict safety measures during transportation. Our professional after-sales team immediately began on-site installation work and received positive feedback and group photos from the customer.
