Wheel dressing done by interpolation of Z (table movement) and X axis (wheelstock cross feeding) when wheelsotck automatically rotates to horizontal position, with diamond disc mounted at the rear of workhead;Table driven by AC servo motor through planetary gear and precision ball screw;

Wheel stock driven by AC servo motor through precision ball screw;SIEMENS 840D equipped with the machine to control 4 axes with 3 of them in linkage.
